Supplements to be matched with anabolic steroids!

Supplements to be matched with anabolic steroids! It is no hidden fact that preparation and efforts for any muscle building sport that requires steroid intake need immense amount of hard work to stay anywhere to the expected results. Apart from a dedicated exercise regime on a regular basis, the most important ingredient that one needs to take care about is the dietary. Since supplements and steroids are associated with muscle growth and strength gain, one needs to ensure that his or her body is being fed with just the right ingredients to reach the eyed goals.

Hence here are some supplements often consumed along with steroid intake to ensure optimum muscle growth. Let’s take a look:

Anabolic Flavones

Methoxyisoflavone and Ecdysterone are two latest supplements that are considered to be highly effective for anabolic gains. They are non-hormonal flavones responsible for natural increase in protein synthesis, nitrogen retention as well as musculature of the body. These substances work extremely well when taken with any form of protein supplement as they accentuate the absorption process in the body. There are some companies which even combine Methoxy with protein supplements to ease its intake. Some popular supplements in this genre include Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250, Universal Animal M-Stak, and Xyience XTEST.

Amino Acids and BCAAs

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. They form one of the most popular supplements consumed by bodybuilders playing an eminent role in repairing, growth and development of the muscle tissue. Thus branched chain amino acids happen to be most widely prescribed supplements for all steroid users. Some essential amino acids responsible for the primary growth are aminos leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These are available in product form as SciVation Xtend and VPX NO-SyntheSize.

However, it is always advised to consult a medical or a professional expert before going for any of these. This is so because every person’s body structure is different and some supplements might not be as effective for one’s body as for others.

Workout guide for steroid users!

Workout guide for steroid users!Budding body builders are often seen getting carried away by deceptive ads such as ‘30 pounds in just three weeks’.

No matter how many steroid stacks they fill their days with, they cannot reach even halfway until they know the basics of muscle building and training program to be employed while taking steroids. And if a strong and a massive body is what they dream of, then they should completely forget about making it in three weeks for a good body requires long training regime and immense amount of will power, discipline, and perseverance.

Here are some tips on training programs for people seeking to have great musculature feeding on steroids as well:

Training with heavy weights:

Workout regime for steroid users starts with using heavy weights. This is because in order to develop heavy muscles, they need to be challenged and exposed to progressively-higher resistances on a regular basis. This is achieved when an athlete or the person training increases his weight during exercises on a continuous basis. This helps the muscle become strong and stronger the muscles, the larger their appearance will be. A simple fact of this sport is ‘there is no mass without power’.

Exercises suitable under this regime would include squats presses behind the neck, rows, barbell curls, bench presses and dips to start with.

Considerable rest periods:

Though the muscles are stimulated during the process of training, their growth takes place during their rest phase. Also greater the intensity of the training, higher will be the damage the muscle cells undergo and longer will be the resting period. While training with required intensity, one must not train every day and not allow a big muscle be used twice a week. Thus while training with heavy weights, rest and recovery form an equally important part of the training success. Each day that one trains in the gym, it should be followed by a complete day off to let the body breathe some rest. Muscle builders aiming at optimal strength and muscle gain should carry intense workout for every muscle once every 7-8 days.

However, it is best recommended that any form of training regime be carried forth in the presence of a professional guide only.

How anabolic steroids work?

How anabolic steroids work! The world is talking about steroids, their consumption is on a rise and so markets are over-flowing with steroid compounds promising its users absolute achievement of their desired goals. Athletes, amateurs and professional body builders and people wanting to enhance their physical looks are among top bunch that largely ingest steroids. Though the results they bring is only what matters to us but one must also know what exactly are steroids, how do they bring changes in the body and how they work.

This blog brings you a brief synopsis of just that!

Anabolic steroids are mainly drugs artificially designed to resemble the male hormone called testosterone. The reason they are broadly consumed is because they help in weight gain, increase muscle strength, power, speed, endurance and to the extent of aggressiveness. Though they are popularly known to be used only by sportspersons, they have also found usage among high school students as well.

Here’s how they work!

Steroid hormones work by stimulation of receptor molecules in the muscle cells, which in turn activate specific genes in them to initiate the production of proteins. They also play an effective role in the activation rate of enzyme systems involved in protein metabolism, thereby enhancing protein synthesis and inhibiting the degradation of protein.

Steroid users who intend to develop their musculature have to undergo heavy resistance training anabolic steroids to bring about significant improvement in their physical performance. Studies which have demonstrated enhanced performance in people consuming anabolic steroids mostly used experienced weight lifters capable of training with heavier weights and producing relatively greater muscle tension during exercise sessions than the newbies. The effectiveness of anabolic steroids is mainly dependent on unbound receptor sites in the muscles. When a person undergoes heavy strength training, the number of unbound receptor sites increase. This in turn increases the effectiveness of anabolic steroids.

Perfect weight-training guide for steroid users!

Perfect weight-training guide for steroid users!Fascination for weight training and similar sports is invariably on a rise. Whether it is amateurs or professionals, everybody wants his body to be at the best and to go to any extent in order to achieve it. The most common measure people related to the sport undertake is steroid consumption. However many who think they can develop bodies similar to steroid users without taking them are still lagging in knowledge. It not only takes longer than usual for such people to achieve the desired results but also doesn’t show them results as perfect as those of steroid users.

There is no doubt in the fact that athletes consuming steroids make faster, better and greater progress than their “natural” colleagues. However, steroid intake alone is not sufficient unless it is combined with a right training regime. If you think you have the willpower and perseverance to work hard, here are some weight-training tips that might help you!

Plateau and phase training:

Never forget that the body can be put under maximum stress only for a certain period of time. Weight training does not mean extended hours of endless workouts with no rest. If one continues to workout for a prolonged period without a halt, his muscles will stop developing and the performance will start regressing. It is for this reason that the intensity and extent of the training program should be amended every 12-14 weeks. Also muscles grow during the rest period and so taking some days off from training is an important part of every effective weight-training regime. This is then to be followed by a long maintenance training known as plateau training.

One must also know that training should always be done on alternate days so while every 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th day can be exercise days, every 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th day becomes a complete rest day. There should be an interval of at least 3-4 minutes between every exercise and the athlete should as much as possible carry out exercise with free weights and not at machines. Every muscle needs to be trained only once every eight days for best results. However, it is best to carry out each exercise under the supervision of an expert professional only.

Muscle building supplements for steroid users!

Muscle building supplements for steroid users! The market of today is swarming with millions of muscle building supplements, each advertised to deliver the best results but too much noise can sometimes be very confusing, leaving us perplexed about what to choose and what not to. However, there are a few things that we need to know before picking any of these muscle building supplements to ensure that we only the right product is chosen. Let’s find out!

The first thing you must know is that all steroid users do not necessarily need supplements for muscle growth. For some, the regular steroid intake regime might prove quite effective. Hence, it is only when your guide or a professional expert advise you to take them, should you consume them. This is because every person’s body physiology is different from the other. What works on the other person well might not show similar results on you. Hence it is imperative that to know your own body cycle and possible response before feeding it with anything.

We often see people talking about complex substances helping them pump their muscles but don’t get carried away with it. For starters, it is best to start with simpler compounds like multi-vitamins, proteins and creatine initially. Since steroid intake is being carried forth simultaneously, one must also know which supplementation would be working well in conjunction with them. Besides, the ones mentioned, other nutrition supplements that steroids users can possibly employ include Glutamine, Multi-Vitamin, HMB, Growth Hormone, Nitric Oxide, Anti-Estrogens, Amino Acids, and ZMA.

Each of these contains properties to enhance muscle growth and strength in a specific way so it is important that you do not forget to have in-depth information about these before consuming them. Talking to a professional with a fine experience of at least 10 years or more will be good and highly recommended. You can also go through magazines and medical journals to know about these, not to mention steroid websites that are full of information on all kinds of nutrition supplementation necessary for steroid users.

Protein dietary for steroid users!

Protein dietary for steroid users! We are not oblivious of the importance protein plays in a human body. They are primarily made up of amino acids, which in turn are the building blocks of muscles. Thus in order to achieve optimum muscle growth, it is imperative that any muscle builder consumes at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight in a day.

Now since people training for such a thing normally weigh around 150lbs, an intake of 150 to 300 grams of protein per day is a mandate. So how do they achieve it? Yes, protein shakes and bars do find wide use among bodybuilders to achieve the same but there are also other forms of protein that can be consumed to avoid the monotony of these products.

Let’s find out!

Egg albumen – The albumen in the egg is a protein available in its purest form. It normally digests at a medium pace of about 1.5 to 3 hours so it provides a decent and sustained release of amino acids to the body.

Soy – Now if you are a vegetarian, nothing would work better for you than Soy protein. Since it is the only absolute protein source derived from plants, it is a good protein. Its only drawback is that its absorption is not as effective or as fast as in case of egg albumen.  Soy has many significant health benefits for women and forms one of the most recommended supplementation for them.

WheyWhey protein is best for post-workout supplementation particularly because that’s the time when a builder’s body needs protein the most. A special thing about Whey is that it gets digested very quickly, say about 30 minutes and is greatly liked by muscle builders.

Since people wanting to take these supplements are taking steroids already, they must first know which substance among these will work the best in association with them. You may look for information either in magazines or steroid websites which provide a complete synopsis of supplements to be taken with specific steroids.

Steroid cycles

Steroid cyclesSteroid cycles are mainly time slots during which anabolic steroids are consumed. This period can vary from two to twelve weeks or even more. These cycles usually involve use of one anabolic steroid in the initial stages and then finishing the concerned cycle with different steroids for better results.

The best way to get maximum result through anabolic steroids is to stack them with other drugs. It has also been observed that many non-anabolic drugs are also stacked within a steroid to minimize their side effects or aromatization levels.

Each steroid cycle is unique in its own way and one must have absolute knowledge of the affect each drug or its combination with the other can cause on the human body. Wrong steroid cycles can sometimes result in high blood pressure, increased cholesterol levels, hair loss and baldness and therefore one should be extremely particular about their correctness.

Long and heavy anabolic steroid cycles touch the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and the testicular axis. The continuous employment of the steroid cycles depends on the goals a drug user wants to achieve. Some users prefer short rounds while some prefer longer ones. Ideally it should be up to the individual himself to opt for the cycle best suited for him. Short and heavy steroid cycles are associated with protocols that raise the steroid burden in the body but their duration is kept relatively short. Such methods are mostly employed by experienced steroid users and advanced body builders. This cycle is primarily short-lived that usually runs for 30 to 40 days and is not meant for beginners.

An advanced knowledge about one’s body and its response to various steroids is imperative for a user to get the most out of the drug. Some commonly used cycles employed by steroid users include pyramiding, flat pyramiding, staggering, jump-starting, front-loading, and bridging. However, most of these are not meant for beginners who are strictly recommended to start their usage only under expert professional guidance.

Making the Right Decision – Are Steroids Really Worth the Risk?

Making the Right Decision - Are Steroids Really Worth the Risk?I have been in this industry for more than 29 years and feel that the combination of steroids and sports is a highly debatable topic for many reasons. Moreover, the story side that a majority of people came to see comes from those who think steroids are harmful. But thing that remains unseen and untold to many is the fact that steroids are not harmful but lack of qualified medical advice, sub-standard steroids, and over-dependence on steroids are really harmful.

If you ask me “are steroids worth the risk”, I would say No. This is because there is a very big chance that most of the prospective steroid users will be trying products with side effects (cheap steroids with harmful effects) and would be using them without seeking a medical advice. On the other hand, I would recommend steroids to any one who stays informed about the latest happenings in the world of steroids and can use them (read quality steroids) in accordance with the instructions. This is because selecting the right steroids is not an easy task for all of us. With so many fraudulent steroid sellers around, the decision of a prospective steroid user is often in the doldrums and this was the reason why I said that I do not recommend steroids early on.

My Advice: Do not play with your health and body. We all have dreams but ways to fulfill those dreams should not result in severe health complications and if you are allowing the damage, you seriously need some kind of a medical counseling.

If you want to use steroids, use it for medical purposes only and only after a qualified medical practitioner has advised you to do so. If you want to use steroids for bodybuilding or other professional sports, do make a comprehensive study before allowing them to enter your body and life.

Summary: If you have been disturbed by some recent news reports about damage caused to sportsmen after using steroids, let me tell you that more than 97 percent of these cases of nothing but cases of steroid abuse. The remaining 3 percent of these cases are nothing but results of sub-standard steroids.

Are you addicted to steroids?

Are you addicted to steroidsAddiction in scientific language has been defined as compulsive use of something with loss of control and continued usage despite its adverse consequences. If one feels similar drive towards administration of steroids, he can be termed as being ‘addicted’ to them. Addiction to steroids has posed to be a serious threat to not only the adolescents but adults as well. Let’s have a look at some characteristics of steroid addiction:

  • When the drug is employed for longer periods than desired.
  • Attempts made to stop administering them suddenly without any apparent success.
  • When more than required time is spent obtaining, using, or recovering from these substances.
  • Continuous use of steroids despite knowing about the  psychological problems caused by their overdose.
  • Occurrence of withdrawal symptoms such as pain in the joins, diarrhea, high temperature and depression.
  • When the intake of these steroids once again relieves these withdrawal symptoms.

Thus if you see any of these happening to you, you must not fail to realize that you are addictive to drugs. Normally this appears among people who start consuming them before the age of 16. Also they tend to take more cycles of steroids for greater period of time. This mainly happens when teenagers see their peers being larger in body size than them. Hence they often end up taking too many steroids at one time and certainly without any medical assistance. The results show themselves as either serious illnesses or psychological disorders.

No matter how young you are, if you are keen on taking anabolics, it would be strictly recommended that you first learn about their aftermath caused by their excessive usage. You can go through magazines, read about it on the web or ask seniors who have been administering it over a long period of time. There is also no harm in consulting an health expert over its usage.

Always remember that your health is above any cosmetic change that you intend to bring about in your body!
