Good Health and Steroids

Good Health and SteroidsHowever, if you think that steroids are of no use and bring side effects with them then you really need to read some medical books and journals. These books and journals confirm the fact that steroids are beneficial and not harmful. Even medical practitioners and scientists have affirmed the fact that steroids are not harmful in the first place and bring side effects only when they are abused. Well, there is a side effect with every abuse and we never said that steroid is an exception.

You can maintain good health with steroids if you are making a qualified usage. This means that you need to be aware of how steroids work, what benefits they bring, and what is the recommended dosage before you start experimenting with them.

A prospective steroid user is always advised and recommended to make a comprehensive research before buying steroids. Whether you are buying steroids online or from the traditional market, it does not matter if you have the right, qualified, and complete knowledge to understand the pros and cons. If you do not own the required knowledge already, it is highly recommended that you study a few facts before allowing steroids to enter your life as a lack of qualified knowledge may lead to steroid abuse and that is not what you want, right?

In short, good health and steroids can together if you take the onus of attaining knowledge about steroids. After all, it is your own health and there cannot be any compromises.

Summary: If you aim to make it big in the world of bodybuilding, health, fitness, or sports then steroids may become a part of your life, today or tomorrow. This may be not because they are luring but because they are so much beneficial that staying away from them is not a wise decision by any standards.

Making the Right Decision – Are Steroids Really Worth the Risk?

Making the Right Decision - Are Steroids Really Worth the Risk?I have been in this industry for more than 29 years and feel that the combination of steroids and sports is a highly debatable topic for many reasons. Moreover, the story side that a majority of people came to see comes from those who think steroids are harmful. But thing that remains unseen and untold to many is the fact that steroids are not harmful but lack of qualified medical advice, sub-standard steroids, and over-dependence on steroids are really harmful.

If you ask me “are steroids worth the risk”, I would say No. This is because there is a very big chance that most of the prospective steroid users will be trying products with side effects (cheap steroids with harmful effects) and would be using them without seeking a medical advice. On the other hand, I would recommend steroids to any one who stays informed about the latest happenings in the world of steroids and can use them (read quality steroids) in accordance with the instructions. This is because selecting the right steroids is not an easy task for all of us. With so many fraudulent steroid sellers around, the decision of a prospective steroid user is often in the doldrums and this was the reason why I said that I do not recommend steroids early on.

My Advice: Do not play with your health and body. We all have dreams but ways to fulfill those dreams should not result in severe health complications and if you are allowing the damage, you seriously need some kind of a medical counseling.

If you want to use steroids, use it for medical purposes only and only after a qualified medical practitioner has advised you to do so. If you want to use steroids for bodybuilding or other professional sports, do make a comprehensive study before allowing them to enter your body and life.

Summary: If you have been disturbed by some recent news reports about damage caused to sportsmen after using steroids, let me tell you that more than 97 percent of these cases of nothing but cases of steroid abuse. The remaining 3 percent of these cases are nothing but results of sub-standard steroids.

The Truth behind Anabolic Steroids

The Truth behind Anabolic SteroidsWhile the use of steroids, during the early 1930s was predominantly for medical purposes, people looking for amazing performance results and lean muscle mass soon started taking them for recreational endeavors and heightened athletic performances.

In today’s times, steroids are very much acceptable by individuals, especially bodybuilders and sportsmen, and are easily available online without a medical prescription.

Steroids have long being used by men but you will be surprised to know that women are as much the users of steroids in today’s times like their male counterparts.

Let us find what anabolic steroids are and how they benefit their users.

Anabolic steroids are scientifically regarded as synthetic substances that mimic the androgens, male sex hormones. This is how the true name (anabolic-androgenic steroid) is derived. Anabolic steroids are produced synthetically to act as testosterone, the male hormone. Like testosterone, an anabolic steroid also has a 17-carbon core and is best credited for promoting growth of skeletal muscles and development of male sexual characteristics.

The anabolics have both anabolic (tissue-building) and androgenic (masculinization) effects on the human body. It is important to note that some functions of testosterone are enhanced calcium deposition in the bones, enlargement of muscle, thickening of vocal chords, increased number of red blood cells, and development of prostate gland.

Some benefits of anabolic steroids include:

  • Less fatigue, even after strenuous exercise sessions
  • Increased stamina and endurance
  • Heightened sexual arousal
  • Improved nitrogen utilization
  • Heightened self-esteem
  • Increased level of aggression
  • Improvements in muscle mass, function, and leanness
  • Reduced nitrogen excretion
  • Improved recovery rate

These all are just some the reasons that “encourage” sportsmen and bodybuilders to buy steroids. However, a prospective steroid user must realize that steroids can result in side effects if steroid abuse happens at any stage of time. This is the reason why it is always said that steroids need to be handled with great caution.

If you are a prospective steroid user, do make sure to gather every piece of information related with anabolic steroids to make an informed decision.

Summary: Anabolic Steroids have been in use since the 1930s but it would be wrong to say that steroids were not used before that time. It is well believed that the early Romans and Greeks used to enhance the level of testosterone to deliver dramatic performances during competitive events.
