Steroid abuse can lead to side effects such as hair loss, liver problems, insomnia, acne, headaches, jaundice, hypertension, aggression and hostility, irritability, anxiety, paranoia, mood swings, depression, suicidal thoughts, osteoporosis, menstrual irregularities, enlarged clitoris, and prostate and fertility problems.
