Staggered

Staggered pattern of steroid intake requires swapping out compounds and doses at very frequent intervals. Front-loading

Bridging

Bridging, as the name suggests, is the use of steroids to fill the gap between two steroid cycles. Bridging is mainly practiced by those who have exceeded a level of muscularity.
